I have the HP DeskJet 2652 All-In-One Printer. Most of my printing is done using smartphone (Android OS) which has both HP Print Service Plug-In and HP Smart App installed on it.

 

I'm extremely frustrated by the fact that I'm unable to change the print layout settings within the HP Smart App or through my HP account online via my smartphone.

The settings I need to adjust on a regular basis:

  * Printing 2 pages per sheet of  paper (Landscape orientation)

  * Adjusting the layout in order to fit  a printed image on a single page

 

Is there anyway for me to change these settings via my smartphone? Or is this feature only available while printing from a pc? Both printers I owned previously enabled  print seting adjustments via mobile apps. People frequently rely on smartphones & tablets to manage their personal & business-related print jobs. It's an essential requirement which requires 

an additional amount of time in order to adjust the print layout via a pc and then print via smart devicie.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to change the print settings on the HP Smart app.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
