Hi @Aftab24

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're dealing with a paper feed or print head issue where the paper is getting stuck during printing, and when the process finishes, the page comes out blank. This can be caused by a few different factors, so let's troubleshoot step by step:

1. Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions

  • Open the printer’s paper tray and check if there’s any paper jammed inside the path. Sometimes, even small pieces of paper can cause issues.
  • Inspect the rollers (the rubber wheels that feed paper into the printer). These can sometimes become dirty or worn out. Clean them gently with a damp lint-free cloth (avoid using anything abrasive).
  • Check if there's anything blocking the paper path or any foreign objects inside the printer.

2. Paper Type and Size

  • Ensure you’re using the correct paper type for your printer (e.g., regular paper for standard printing or photo paper for photos).
  • Check that the paper size in the paper tray matches what is selected in your print settings. Mismatched paper sizes can cause the printer to struggle with feeding the paper properly.

3. Check Print Settings

  • Ensure the print settings on your computer are set to the correct paper size and type that matches what’s in the tray. For example, if you're printing on A4 paper, make sure it’s selected in your print dialogue.
  • Set print quality to normal or draft rather than high or best, as printing at the highest quality can sometimes slow down the print process or cause issues with feeding.

4. Check the Printer’s Ink Cartridge

  • Empty or low ink could cause blank prints. Even if you see that the printer is receiving data, a faulty or empty cartridge may be the reason you're getting blank pages.
  • Check the ink levels on your printer, either from the printer control panel or through the printer software on your computer.
  • Clean the print head: Sometimes clogged print heads can cause printing issues. Most printers have a built-in function to clean the print heads from the settings menu. You can try this option to see if it resolves the blank page issue.

5. Perform a Printer Reset

  • Reset the printer to clear any temporary issues:
    1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
    2. Wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
    3. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
    4. Try printing a test page.

6. Driver or Software Issues

  • If everything seems physically fine but the problem persists, corrupted drivers could be the cause. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer drivers:
    1. Uninstall the printer from your computer (in Printers & Scanners settings on Mac or Devices and Printers on Windows).
    2. Download the latest drivers for your printer from the manufacturer’s website (HP or whichever brand you're using).
    3. Reinstall the printer drivers and reconnect the printer to the computer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
