A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

I understand your are not able to print using HP Officejet pro 6968 printer and I'll be glad to help you out. You may use the steps available here to remove the HP Photosmart C4700 printer software and driver.

Are you able to copy documents using your HP Officejet pro 6968 printer?

How is the HP Officejet pro 6968 printer connected, USB or Wireless?

Could you also print a print quality test report from the HP Officejet pro 6968 printer and let me know the results. In order to print the report:

1.) From the printer control panel, open the Setup  menu.

2.) Open the Reports or Tools menu.

3.) Touch Print Quality Report.

Let me know!
