I keep getting the following UFR Erorr as follows when i try to Air print from ipad or iphone

UFR decoding Fail

position : Ox58 (88)

system: emul/ufr/ufr_dec

Line: 356

Verision: V11.73_190212

Error Code: 11-1114

 

I have tried turning it on and off. Unplugging it letting it set and then turning it back on and it still does the same thing. i unplugged my router and printer and turn them both back on set the wifi back up using the WPS and that didnt work either I have a mac computer and even downloaded the hp smart app tried to run Diagnostics it says nothing is wrong.
