Product: HP Ink Tank 310

There are air bubbles in the black ink tube, and since I haven't used the printer in a while, it seems like there is some blockage in the black ink tubes in the printer. How do I purge the ink in the tubes?

 

I have already changed the printheads, but the black text doesn't print well.
