Alert light won't stop blinking after removing jam on M15 pro printer. Won't print.

How do I clear blinking alert light?  Can't print.  Happened after clearing a jammed page.

Where was the paper jammed?  Where was leading edge of paper?  You may have some paper stuck in the fuser assembly.

Tha jammed page didn't tear, so i was careful to check for any tear on the jammed page I removed but no tear at all, so no piece of paper could be stuck inside the printer.   The only thing I did wrong was force the page out, instead of prying it out.  I have it printing via USB cable, not wifi so don't understand what may've happened.  I loved this printer, now I must buy the same printer for 50 more than I did 2 years ago.  But anyone know if will be compatible with Window 11 when I switch eventually down the road?  I really do appreciate your taking out the time to help me.

I understand.  This is a very basic printer.  Pick up roller feeds paper from tray, passed transfer roller, and into the fuser assembly.  Fuser assembly has an exit sensor that detects when paper has passed through fuser.  Sensor flag could be broken or sensor flag spring could have fallen off.  If the leading edge of your paper was stopped in the output tray at  jam time, . I would look at the fuser exit sensor.  You would need to remove the printer covers.  Fuser assembly is RM2-2131-000CN.  Good luck.

Ok, eventho the advise you gave me is way over my understanding, I have suspected the sensor hasn't sensed the jammed paper was removed.  Wouldn't know how to repair this.  Might anyone know where one can buy the M15 Pro Laserjet HP brand new?  Only Ebay sells them.
