replaced black ink and have tried multiple times to align  with scanning instructions.  will not align.  Now it prints as if I need to replace the black ink.  How do I get this to align?

Hi @Adele708,

I'd like to help!

Are you able to make copies using the printer?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page

  1. Load the printer with plain white paper.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup .

  3. Touch Tools.

  4. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Repor

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

You may try the stes in the documents-  Print Quality Issues  and Alignment Errors

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
