Hi @Eric42,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are getting an error message "Alignment failed" on your HP Photosmart 7515 e-All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur if the printhead is expired or not working.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: An 'Alignment failed' Error Message Displays on the Printer

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.

The instructions I received didn't work. Even with the new print head it says alignment failed. The printed page only printed out with blue (all new cartridges installed).

Hello, @Eric42

I see that you were interacting with @Rainbow23. He is out of office and I'm here to help 🙂

It looks like a hardware issue with the printer. Please contact the HP phone support to get the printer service options.

HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.

(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.

(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.

(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

If you have any troubles, let me know and I will do my best to help!

Cheers 🙂
