Hello, so I have tried cleaning my print heads from the printer tool. I have also taken them out and wiped down with alcohol prep pads. The cartridges are HP original. However, I keep getting the Alignment Failed screen.

Hi! @Catbertgenus, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand you have issues aligning the document on your printer.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?
Are you using genuine HP ink cartridges?
Try manually aligning the ink cartridges on your printer and check if it helps.
Turning the printer off, and then on again might resolve an Alignment failed error message.
1.Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
2.Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4.Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
5.Wait at least 60 seconds.
6.Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
note:
HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
7.Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
8.Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
9.Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Also, try the steps recommended below.
Align the All-in-One
Follow these steps to align the printer.
1.Load plain white, U.S. letter or A4 size paper in the paper tray.
2.On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon ().
3.Touch Tools, and then touch Align Printer. An alignment page automatically prints.
•If these steps, you can stop troubleshooting.
•If the test page that you printed earlier, continue to the next step to clean the area around the ink nozzles.
•If the test page that you printed earlier, skip to the next solution in this document to replace the problem cartridge.
