I have replaced the black ink cartridge with a new HP cartridge since it was empty and did a test print page and it printed out but also displayed a print head error message. I then replaced the black/yellow print head with a new one and I also complete all of the test settings for align printer and clean printhead but still get the problem after I go to print a page. It will always give the "Alignment Failed. Refer To Device Documentation." I have also unplugged the printer and also uninstalled the driver and reinstalled and this did not help at all. I then went through the whole process again with the same outcome. Nothing changes. What is the fix on this and I noticed many others have had the same problem. What is the procedure for me since I have already taken all of the steps that I have had? Why does HP continue to decline in their product quality? Are there any class action lawsuits about this? If HP doesn't help their customers on this, I will buy a Dell printer next and file a complaint along with a lawsuit. Please advise to the correction with this common problem that many have encountered. Thankyou much.
