Good morning, I currently have a HP Officet Pro L7580 and just recently replaced the Cyan & Magneta ink cartridges. Currently the black and yellow cartridges are the only ones that are printing. I constantly receive the Alignment failed message and have gone through all nescessary steps that are recommended - have run the automated cleaning printheads several times and have had it recalibrated also. None of this makes any difference...the printheads were replaced in November 2016. I need suggestions as to what the problem maybe....could it be the printhead just needs replaced or is this another issue (sensor), etc?? Please help!

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
I understand that the alignment is failed, need not worry I'll be glad to assist you.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Are you using genuine HP ink cartridge?
What is the error on the printer if the cartridges are out of the printer?
However, I suggest you click on this link: https://hp.care/2JLrRQ9 and follow the steps in detail.
Keep me posted, how it goes! However, I'll try and follow up in next 24 to 48 hours to doublecheck on the issue.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Have a great day!
Cheers:)
