Alignment failed message when trying to align, clean print heads, line feed. Everything is printing and copying blank pages. New ink cartridges installed and print heads appear fine and unclogged.

I recommend you contact support as it looks like a hardware issue.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Did these steps up to 4, and only brings me to Support Community and back to this venue for help.
Grateful for any support on alignment failing and blank pages printing for all tools activities (align printer, clean printhead, line feed, etc...).
If a hardware issue, what hardware specifically and is HP's recommendation that I purchase new equipment from a cost effectiveness standpoint?
Thanks

Yes, I recommend you purchase a new printer instead of getting this fixed. However, HP doesn't repair printers and they replace the printers or upgrade.
Please let me know your region (Country) in a private message and I will send you the phone number to contact support.
