Greetings @afiq28

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are facing a print quality issue from your printer even after aligning printer.

Don't worry, I will be glad to help.

Are you using genuine HP ink?

Does the print quality issue persist, even when you make a copy?

Please reseat the cartridge and wait for the alignment page to be printed.

Once the alignment page is printed, please place the alignment page and click on OK on the printer.

Refer to this HP Article for assistance.

For print quality issues, please try the steps suggested in this article

Yes. I am using a genuine HP ink cartridges...

Most of the time when I try to align the A4 paper... at the second step where  I supposed to scan the paper, the printer say the paper is mismatch..

Do you have an email, so that I can send you the example of the picture that I have printed out.?

Hi! @afiq28, I am the MrRobot. It looks like you were interacting with @Chimney_83, but he is out of the office today so I'll take over from here.

I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.

Does this happen with any particular application?

Please try the steps recommended below.

1. From the application used to print, click the File menu and select Print.
The Print window appears.
NOTE: The Print window might be minimized: Click the Show Details button to see all available settings.

2. To access the color options, click the lowest selection box listed as the name of the program (e.g. TextEdit)
Will appear as Copies & Pages within Microsoft Office applications or it may appear as Layout.

From that menu Select Paper Type/Quality from the drop-down menu.

Uncheck the box next to HP Easy Color AMD then try changing the RGB Color option, try selecting Photo (sRGB), as well try using the different values and check which option from that menu provide you better results for the image.

Check the print settings for your print job in Windows 10, 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista.
In the program, you are trying to print from, click File, and then click Print.
The Print window opens.
Open the Properties dialog box.
Depending on the software program, the button might be Properties, Options, Printer Setup, Printer, or Preferences.
Depending on your print job, you might consider modifying the following settings:
Paper Type: If you are printing on photo paper, select the type of photo paper you are attempting to print on.
Print Quality: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your printouts, increase the print quality. To print more quickly, decrease the print quality to draft or normal and check if it helps.
After selecting the print settings, click OK to apply the settings, and then click Print.

I'll keep an eye out for your response.

I hope you have a great day! 🙂
