I am still running the All in one 1317 printer and it always works great after all these years.

Just recently it wouldn't print, so like have done many times I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it again with the original HP Driver CD.

It did install and the printer is working again fine, BUT the Launch Director is not loading, there is a Glitch, when I click on it my entire home screen just increases in size with a bigger icons some of which can't fit on the screen and a much larger Wallpaper picture and a very large task bar.

The only way to get my home screen back to its original size is to shutdown the PC and restart it and it's back to normal again, but must not click on launch director or it will happen again.

I would really like to fix this problem as I can't access the functions like the toolbox and the other settings for the ink cartridges.

I have uninstalled the printer driver and reinstalled it many times now, but I still have the same problem with the Launch Director not launching and affecting my home screen everytime.

Please any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

Does anyone still have an Original hp instillation CD for a 1317 all in one printer for a Windows XP OS? Or very good trustworthy copy CD.

Will pay a sensible price and postage and packaging.

The PSC 1310 series covers all the variants of the PSC 1310's including the PSC 1310, OSC 1315 and PSC 1317.  You can download it from the archives here.

That said, it may or may not work, as many of the drivers of that era used Adobe Flash and Adobe ended access to Flash in 2021.  See the document here.

Many thanks Bob for your very kind help and all the download drivers you have listed its very much appreciated indeed.

As soon as I get the time over this coming weekend I will try and install the one I think will work for my old Printer & PC.

In will get back to you if I'm successful in the installation, here's hoping!

Many thanks again Bob,
