All lights were flashing on the control panel, paper feed and ink area. Could not turn power off. When I pulled plug out of wall to reboot, lights reset and is now ready to print. What kind of error was this?

Thank you.  Yes, lights stopped blinking when I unplugged unit from the wall and plugged it back in.

This was the unknown error on my printer today, too.  Careful, check your ink cartridges.  Mine had evidence of burning when I tried my next print job.  We had no power surges here, either, so I'm unsure what would have triggered a power issue.

I'm glad to hear that and you're most welcome. Do get back to us in the future for further assistance.

Have a nice day and stay safe!:)
