Product: HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have tried the unplugging for 60 seconds (more like a week), no paper jams, etc...nothing is working.  I'm needing to print stuff NOW and don't have time to mess with this, lol.  Any suggestions?  Thank you!

You may need to reset the printer: video here

If you are having modem problem, for a quick fix use the WiFi direct print.


WiFi setup to router: video here

Simple push button or WPS setup is described on page 26 of Users Manual

For WiFi direct setup see page 28
This is useful if there is no modem or you do not want to give someone access to your modem but you want to let them print something.

Let me know if you have a flex system (WiFi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated.
