Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Could you please share the picture of the error message?
- Are you able to print from other devices?
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi, thanks for trying to help me! I'm not sure if there was a software update.
Here is the error message - it no longer says "Ocean" error.
Yes I can print from my desktop. The device I'm trying to print from is my phone, a Samsung S20 FE 5G, model # G781W.
Thanks!!

Thank you for posting back.
Let's uninstall HP smart app and drivers first:
Open the Google Play Store, tap the Menu icon , and then select My apps & games. Select the HP Smart app, and then tap Uninstall.
Once it's done, try and install HP smart app and print service plugins from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1870466-1870510-16
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
