I have a problem with HP OCCAE2 (HP ENVY Photo 7100 series) Please click here for more information, (window) that keeps popping up off and on windows 10 after using printer. This is very annoying. If you cancel the window out it keeps reappearing off and on until you no longer use the printer for a while.
Thanks

Hello, @CK1011 – Greetings!
Thanks for reaching out! I’d like to help 🙂
I understand that you are facing issues while printing with the Envy printer. It looks like a driver package issue. Try the steps below to try and fix the issues:
- First, unplug the USB cable from the printer, if present.
- Go to Control Panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Envy printer entries and uninstall them.
- Now go to Control Panel – Devices and Printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" (There is a space between .exe & /) and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
- Restart your computer.
- Now, click http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/EN7100/EN7100_Basicx64_44.1.2550.exe to download and install the software.
- Connect the USB cable if prompted and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
- Restart the PC and check.
If you have any troubles, let me know and I’ll do my best to help!
Good luck 🙂
