I have the same E3 error like a lot of customers seem to have. The E3 error. There is no paper jam, cardridges are placed as they should, they can move freely, unplugged power for more then a minute etc. Checked drivers, firmware.
Warranty is over for a couple of months. There is no wat to contact HP by phone. Furthermore, the printer belongs to my grandfather, 86 years old, he is desperate and I can’t help him at the moment. Customer support is ***bleep*** . Furthermore he has the instant ink program which is also ***bleep*** now. Any help appreciated.
