Having trouble printing via Adobe DC, printer seems to default a 1inch border on all sides, (tried opening in the printer app, and adobe) neither allow me to change the margins from 25mm, this is causing print too be missing and not to mention really annoying!

This is one of those cases where the software is doing what it is written to do - that you (or I) do not like it does not change the software.

The printer does not have any control over Adobe Reader DC.

In fact, the printer is not aware of what it is printing.  All the data from the software used to submit the job to the printer is translated to printer language.

As long as the printer is not told to do something it cannot do - for example, print closer to the edge of the paper than the printer can physically print or print fonts that the printer does not recognize, the printer is going to go along with what the software instructs.

If using Adobe Reader DC,

Use "Shrink" or another available setting(s) to print the content without missing the edges of that content.

General Example - Adobe Reader DC - Print Menu

Manage Print Output with Print Preview_PDF_1EManage Print Output with Print Preview_PDF_1E

You are welcome.

Sometimes the answer is "No, not this way."

Yes, free versions of most software have built-in limitations.

I've upgraded several software packages over the years just because I dislike being told "No."

Smiling.

Stay Safe.
