The mail came late and my instant ink cartridges were left in the mailbox over night in sub zero temperatures.  Will this damage the ink?  Should I return them for replacements?

The recommended temperature is between -15 and 35 degrees Celsius (5 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit).

As the printer ink was exposed to a freezing temperature, I´d suggest you let it sit in the room temperature before installing.

Hope this helps!

I appreciate the response.  We didn't have an urgent need to install them, so they are nice and warm now.  The concern was that the temperature were below the recommended temperature and I wondered if they needed to be sent back for replacements.  At what point does the cold damage the cell structure such that it will not print the colors properly?

It was reported to have gotten down to about 10 -15 below zero Fahrenheit and they were in the mailbox for about 8 hours.

Thanks,

Steve
