If you are using ePrint, there are rules about most of what ePrint can do, including attachments.

ePrint is old tech -- it's free, it works when it works, and it's clever.  ePrint is plagued by limitations and there is no actual support for it when it does not work. 

Example

NOTE: The email will be printed once it is received. As with any email, there is no guarantee when
or whether it will be received. You can check the print status on HP Connected
(www.hpconnected.com).

NOTE: Documents printed with ePrint may appear different from the original. Style, formatting, and
text flow may differ from the original document. For documents that need to be printed with a higher
quality (such as legal documents), we recommend that you print from the software application on your
computer, where you will have more control over what your printout looks like.

While there are no guarantees when or whether ePrint jobs will print, it is worth checking that what you are trying to do is supported.

If you have not done so -- and after reading the FAQ section in the How-to document -- try sending a simple test email with minimal content in the message and a simple, single page PDF document or a simple photo.  The point is to test the method without using a lot of ink.
