Product: HP officeJet Pro 8720

I have an Hp OfficeJet Pro 8720.  Got it in 2019.  All of the sudden Avery 5163 labels do not print on the labels.  It started pulling the label sheet through, and then printing on the page below.  I’ve cleaned all the rollers and make sure I am only trying to print one page at a time.  This is not a new box of labels.  The printer still prints normally on my Avery 5160 labels. Ready to throw this printer out of the window, ugh! 😞

Update.  It may be a windows issue.  I just got it to print by skipping a mail wizard step.  Thanks🤷‍♀️
