HP Office Jet Pro 9018
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am repeatedly receiving error code B305DFF9 on my office jet pro 9018. I have unplugged and deleted printer from system and reinstalled with no luck. I have seen several posts regarding setting the printer back to factory defaults. Can you please send me this info? Thank you!

Hi,

I am also having this issue. I have unplugged and restarted the printer, as well as ensured that the firmware is up to date.  It works for a few minutes before flashing the blue screen/lights again.
