I purchased HP Office Jet 8025e about a month ago. Every time when I'm trying to scan - I'm getting a blue screen with error message B80937CA and all lights up.
How this issue can be fixed, or I would need to return the printer to Staples.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand you are receiving a "B80937CA" error on the printer screen. We can perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
