Hello, I have the same issu with my HP OfficeJet Pro 8024e.
I tested it many times, when i want to scan from my PC, a blue screen on the printer with the error code B809382E is displayed. How can i solve this ?

I believe I have solved it. I checked to be sure the printer's firmware was up to date, and it was. I downloaded and ran the HP Print Doctor software, which couldn't find the HP Smart software, even though I know it was there. So I downloaded and reinstalled the full printer software to make sure everything was in the right place and connected up. Going through HP Smart, I was able to scan normally, no errors. Then I tried scanning from Photoshop 2023 (newest version) and it works. I think the problem is solved, looks like some software glitch, maybe due to an incompatible Windows update or something.
