B82A34B2 error HP 9015e blue screen just happened today for the first time. Is the printer dead or is there something I can do?

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the B82A34B2 error on the HP 9015e printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

 

Try these steps:

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait approximately 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the printer and the wall outlet, then turn the printer back on.

Update Firmware:

  • Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. You can check for and install any available updates via the HP Smart app or the HP website.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open all accessible areas of the printer and inspect for any paper jams. Remove any obstructions and ensure the paper path is clear.

Restart All Connected Devices:

  • Restart your computer or any other devices connected to the printer to ensure that any temporary communication issues are resolved.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Uninstall the current printer driver, then download and install the latest drivers from the HP support website.
