Getting error code B8399FA6 with a blue screen on the printer. It has been like this for weeks, and nothing has changed. We have unplugged and plugged it back in. Reset it with the button. Nothing works. Please Help!!!!!!

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are getting error code B8399FA6 on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-In-One Printer.
Please follow the steps listed below for product reset:
1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
2. Leave printer on and completely idle for at least 1 hour.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. Now check the control panel display.
You may also upgrade the firmware by following this document.
