Bac à papier Vide ou ouvert, cependant celui-ci est plein et fermé

Bonjour, 
Je me permet de vous contacter car je présente un soucis au niveau de mon imprimante.
Celle-ci m'indique l'erreur suivante : "Bac vide ou ouvert".
Cependant mon bac à papier est plein de manière correcte et fermé correctement.
Serait-ce un soucis logiciel ou mécanique ?
