I own a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3636 home printer. I bought this 4 years ago. Recently I was facing Error 3 in the printer post which I complained to HP. Engineer visited and said and the backbone assembly and door sensor needs replacement. Post which I received an email stating that the above parts are no longer available in service centres as the printer is in end of support life. I contacted customer service and they also said the above. Can someone please suggest what to do next and how I can get the printer to work again,
