I have been using HP instant ink for many years. I just inserted a new tricolor cartridge sent to my by instant ink. I continually get the message to remove the cartridge and insert again. I have dinner that numerous times. I have tried cleaning the connections as described online and restarting the printer by unplugging it. I get the same message. It says if this continues to happen to replace the cartridge. How do I get a replacement cartridge from HP instant ink in a timely manner? I have printing that needs to be done. Also, I have logged in and everything on my instant ink account is current

I see that the black Instant Ink cartridge is not working.
Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
