Lors de chaque numérisation avec le chargeur de document , j'ai une bande verticale qui s'affiche et qui s'imprime.

J'ai tout nettoyé  et réinstallé mais rien ne change

Thanks for posting on the English support forum. Using google translate it appears that your problem is a line on scans. You do not state what model you have so some of these tips may be irrelevant in your situation.

First thing to test: Do you get the same line using the ADF and scanning from the flat glass or only the ADF? If only from ADF then likely you have missed some dirt or debris on the scanner glass. On most machines the ADF uses a separate piece of slit glass for scanning that is located to the left of the regular flat scanning glass. If you take an image with the defect and lay it down face up on the glass the defect should align with where you need to focus your attention. Even some as inconspicuous as a bit of clear adhesive from a post it note can deflect light and cause scanning problems.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by marking my post as an accepted solution. Clicking "yes" on "was this reply helpful" also increases the chances that this solution will help others.
