I can print 33x100 cm (program Libre Ofice text)

When I set 33x120 cm it prints in 33x48 ?, Why??

In the driver i cannot print bigger als 33x48, but in text program I can set page 33x120 or longer.

I dont anderstand why I cant print banner.

Can I use another driver such as hp 7512

?

The printer driver controls the sizes that can be printed.

You should contact HP support at this link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

Also take a look at a free program called PosteRazor.
