Printer is not a Laser printer.
Use InkJet paper in this printer series.

A bit about paper...
32lb paper is "top of line" office / print paper and is available as HP Premium32 paper.
Still very nice - 28lb
Good for everyday and general needs 24lb
Brochure paper (requiring that you select that paper type in your print driver dialog) is typically 48lb / 180 gsm. Very nice for brochures, text / image printing.
Nice - the printer supports 300 gsm photo paper. Certainly not something you need to "everyday" photo printing for which you could instead choose HP Advanced Photo paper.
Be aware that the "card paper" is of ISO type INDEX - weight up to / including 110lb / 200 gsm. No more need to be said unless you get in trouble with "card paper" and need to know the details of paper manufacture. Just be aware that Index paper is not the same as Cover or Bond paper and pay attention to the paper weight and type.
