HP Envy Photo 7134 All-in-One Printer

I bought this printer two days ago in the pre-black-friday sale (on the HP website), with 5 free months of Instant Ink included, but now, on black friday, I see the same promotion, but with 8 months of free trial. I was wondering if I could claim that as well because otherwise I would have to return this printer, and order the exact same one to get the same deal... Which would be unnecessary for the environment and logisitics/money of HP. So what kind of solution can you offer me?

P.s. I wanted to call, but apparently there is no service in the weekend, while these deals are only this weekend... So I though I'd try it this way.

Learn How to Post and More.  I see from your post that you have a concern regarding free trial on your HP Instant ink subscription. No worries, I'll be glad to help you.

If you haven't enrol your printer, I would suggest you go ahead and enrol your printer by following these steps below:

Some of our Instant Ink Printers come with Trial Promotions.
To Activate this, Follow the steps below. You don't need a promo code.

1.       Go to 123.hp.com, type your printer model, click Begin, and then follow the on-screen instructions to install the latest full feature software.

2.       Accept the prompts to connect your printer and turn on Web Services. Web Services allows your printer to communicate securely over the Internet with HP Instant Ink.

After the printer software installation completes, an option to continue online or an Activate window to enroll in Instant Ink should display.

If the activate screen displays, click Yes, activate, and then continue to the next step.

If the activate screen does not display or you encounter an issue, go to Enrolling in HP Instant Ink and follow the steps to enroll the printer.

Once this is done, the trial months will be added to your account. Let me know how many free months does it show on your account.

Alternatively, could you help me with the screenshot, from where you got the information about the 8 months free trial. As this will help me in further assisting you.

If you have already enrolled, the free trial get activated automatically and it doesn't require any code. Don't worry about the free trial. We're here to help you.

In the meantime, Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
