Recently I inserted brand new cartridges however only colored cartridges is getting detected on black ink its saying cartridge problem. However when i reset the printer using power and cancel button both cartridges are getting detected and sample print is coming. Post sample print again black cartridges is vanishing and cartridges problem appeared.
i cleaned the cartridges as recommended online but no use.
please help to resolve this problem.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.
Additionally, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
