Product: HP ENVY 6032 All-In-One Printer

I have an ENVY 6032 printer with both coloured and black ink in the printer. For the past couple months I haven't been using my printer as much as I used to, but it's still in good condition.

 

When printing, I've checked my ink levels and both inks are all full from the HP Smart app, the coloured inks are working perfectly fine but the black ink doesn't print in full black block colour. It prints out as a faded grey/blue colour, it seems that it applies to anything that black or has a black shade in the document that I'm printing.

 

I ran a test page, and the black writing on the test page prints out completely fine black ink. I've cleaned the printer ink heads and cleaned ink smears, I've tried all cleaning options however the problem is still the same.

 

All softwares I'm using to print from has all been updated, my MacBook, the HP apps and even my phone software.

 

What can I do to fix this?
