Hi, 

I just replaced the cartridge to a new one after it was there for a few years.

The left ink light (there isn't a color cartridge) and the right one is blinking.

the printer isn't printing and I don't know what to do.

@Lior4, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Blinking lights usually indicate an issue with the ink cartridges.

If the left check cartridge light is blinking, there is an issue with the tri-color cartridge.

If the right check cartridge light is blinking, there is an issue with the black cartridge.

 

I would recommend you to follow the troubleshooting steps from this document under section One or both Check Cartridge lights are blinking

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps from the link mentioned in my previous post?

If yes, and still have issues you can try our other support options:

 

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter the product number or select to auto detect 
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.
