HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer

5255 series printer and it's a black cartridge concern only: skips lines on text completely or does not print at all. Have cleaned numerous times and have installed two new print cartridges with same results. Single cartridge mode using color work fine, eliminating it and using the black cartridge verifies the concern which I believe is the black printing head itself.

Have went through the diagnostic process that was provided by you 3 times with the same results and will still not print in black. We use this printer at least every other day and 75% of the time it's primarily in black. Very disappointed that it on only lasted about a year and half.

Hope you are using HP genuine ink cartridge. And have you tried with a new ink cartridge, is it still the same?
