macOS 10.15 Catalina

My printer, HP Deskjet 3752 is printing blank pages.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application and checked for updates. But, there are still printing blank pages.  Can someone assist?

Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?

It is not printing any text on the pages.

Use HP Utility to clean the ink cartridges from your Mac.

  • Load plain paper into the input tray.
  • Click the Apple menu, and then click System Preferences.
  • Depending on your version of OS X, click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.
  • In the Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners window, select your printer, and then click Options & Supplies.
  • Click Utility, and then click Open Printer Utility.
  • HP Utility opens.
  • Click Clean Printheads , and then click Clean.
  • A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.
  • Figure : Print Quality Diagnostic page
  • Example of a Print Quality Diagnostic page
  • Examine the Print Quality Diagnostic page.
  • If the print quality is acceptable, click Finish. You can stop troubleshooting.
  • If the print quality is unacceptable, click Cleaning Level 2 to continue the next level of cleaning.

I tried the steps you suggested, however, it still printing blank pages. Please advise.  Will I need to purchase another printer?

This seems to be a hardware issue and requires one on one interaction to fix the issue.
