Hi @AgriAmps,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps.

Check Ink Levels

Ensure that the ink tanks have sufficient ink.

  1. Inspect Ink Tanks: Open the ink tank access door and check ink levels.
  2. Refill if Necessary: If any of the tanks are low, refill them as per HP guidelines.

Print Head Maintenance

Perform regular print head maintenance to ensure proper ink flow.

  1. Clean the Print Heads:
    • Go to the printer’s control panel and navigate to "Settings".
    • Select "Maintenance" > "Clean Print Heads".
  2. Align the Print Heads:
    • Again, go to "Settings".
    • Choose "Maintenance" > "Align Print Heads".

Software and Drivers

Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date and compatible with Windows 11.

  1. Update Drivers:
    • Visit the HP Support page and enter your printer model.
    • Download the latest drivers for Windows 11 and install them.
  2. Reinstall Drivers:
    • If updating doesn’t resolve the issue, try reinstalling the printer drivers.

Print Settings

Incorrect print settings can often lead to blank pages.

  1. Check Print Settings:
    • Open the document you want to print and go to print settings.
    • Ensure that the correct printer is selected and check other settings (e.g., paper size, type).

Printer Firmware

Update the printer firmware to the latest version.

  1. Firmware Update:
    • Access the HP Support page for firmware updates and follow the instructions.

Test Print

Perform a test print to check if the problem persists.

  1. Print Diagnostic Report:
    • Use the printer’s control panel:
      • Navigate to "Settings" > "Reports" > "Print Quality Report".

I hope this helps.
