Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Laserjet 420. This is the worst HP printer I have ever had. Spits out blank pieces of paper, or prints nonsense such as subssytem JPEG Error Missing Data operator realimage position 20; the machine will suddenly turn off for no reason. I really hate that wheel on top of the printer, it is really confusing.

Can you please confirm the model number that you are working on? Printing gibberish is usually caused by  wrong driver being used, but could also be a bad communication cable. How are you connecting, USB or Network?

I am connected by USB. Laser jet 4201 dn.

 

I will try to uninstall and reinstall the printer.
