HP Recommended

Despite being active and online, my HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer wasn't processing any of the print jobs I was sending to it. Suddenly the touchscreen turned blue while displaying the power signal and the code: B87668C2 and all the icons started flashing. Now I can't do anything with the printer. Does anyone know how to fix this?
