@Arun185, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.
Based on the blinking lights on your HP DeskJet 2700e printer, here's what each indicator means and how you can resolve the issue:
What the Blinking Lights Mean
- Exclamation Mark in Triangle: General error or attention needed.
- Paper Icon with Down Arrow: No paper in the tray or a paper jam.
- Wi-Fi Icon: Printer is not connected to a wireless network.
- Information Icon (i): More information is needed to resolve the issue.
- Display showing "E": Error code related to cartridge or paper.
Steps to Resolve
Check for Paper Issues
- Make sure there is paper loaded correctly in the input tray.
- Remove any jammed paper if present.
Check Ink Cartridges
- Open the cartridge access door and ensure both black and color cartridges are installed properly.
- If the error persists, try removing and reinstalling the cartridges.
Fix Wi-Fi Connection
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi and Cancel buttons together for 5 seconds to reset the wireless settings.
- Reconnect the printer using the HP Smart App:
Download it here - HP Smart
Use the HP Smart App for Diagnosis
- The app can help identify the exact error and guide you through the fix.
I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.
Wishing you a smooth and hassle-free experience ahead!
