Just happened today.   I tried the disconnect and power off for 10 mins. to no avail.... HELP.  Is this a  "New printer"  situation...?  I've owned this since 2019.

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

If you are experiencing a blue screen error with code C8190002 on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer, the issue may be similar to the recently observed errors on other models in the HP OfficeJet Pro series.

 

Restart the Printer:

  • Press the power button to turn off the printer.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Turn the printer back on and check if the error persists.

Run HP Smart:

Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.
