HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer

For the last month or so I am getting blue screen errors with lights flashing and varying codes like: B84952B0 and C4EB1600.  It will also tell me that there is something wrong with the printer and to turn it on and off again and again.  How do I fix this?

None of these steps worked.  I uninstalled the app and now I can't reinstall it.  The Printer refuses to find a network.  When I have it hardwired to the computer trying to download and install firmware drivers it fails to see the printer.  The printer either holds a blue screen or when it does not it says Printer Error with all lights flashing and says There is a problem with the printer.  Turn the printer Off, then On.  When I do this the process starts all over again.  On occasion I'll get the home screen for a matter of seconds and that is when I have tried to re-establish the network connection and it fails.  So now, I no longer have the app on my desktop because I uninstalled it per your advice and can't reinstall it without some type of connection to the printer which I cannot achieve.  However, I was just able to print a report with regard to the connection issue and it states that the wireless radio is not functioning.  Contact HP Support.  What do I do with this?  As soon as I got that far it went back to Printer Error, flashing lights, "There is a problem with the printer.  Turn the printer Off, then On." again.  Please advise.
