The printer is showing a blue screen and code B3C53C78 with flashing lights. If I unplug the printer and turn it back on it will work for a brief time, but ultimately returns to the blue error screen. The amount of time between blue screens is decreasing precipitously. What does the error mean, and how can to fix the issue?
Thanks,
Trevor

I understand that you are getting a B3C53C78 error, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
