HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After being idle , my display goes blue and the buttons and lights flash with to date various error codes visible, e.g. B3D3EBEB, B3E0BBEB, B3E05BEB and B3D86BEB.I can turn the printer off and restart and print but the problem returns again.

What do these error codes indicate and can a fix be found easily by myself at home?

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Undertook the repair as instructed, reset my printer onto my wifi network using 123.hp.com and HPSmart and everything appears to be ok. No blue screen and no flashing lights. Thank you.

I have noticed that there are other people who have posted a similar problem and the HP Community have advised a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings. Is that the roiute that I should take to sort this out? Please advise. Thank you.

Hi @Fawlty54,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
