Product: HP Tango X

I can't print blue ink on my HP Tango X. I have changed the cartridge twice, cleaned and aligned cartridges multiple times and still doesn't print blue. I have also unpluged and reset factory settings and nothing. Other than just buying a new printer I don't know what to do, but my printer is only 2 1/2 years old so I don't get why it's having issues.
