PRINTER:  HP OFFICEJET PRO 6968


Hello!  My printer has been printing Blue ink as Pink, I have tried to clean the print head 4 times and tried other things in the maintenance panel.  We have ordered a different set of ink and it still has not solved the issue.  PRINTER: HP Officejet Pro 6968

I'd like to help!

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and changed the cartridges and still having issues, then it could be hardware. 

 

Also, try updating the firmware and see how it goes.
